An introductory class for female cyclists new to the sport of cycling.

Come and improve your confidence and fitness in a fun and friendly environment.

Tuesday Group Training @ Kings Park
Oct 24 @ 6:00 am – 7:30 am

Tuesday Group Training

Training – 90 minute interval based session for experienced and elite cyclists.

Bring – road bike, lights, water, mudguard if wet.

Check – training will be cancelled if wet or unsafe weather conditions. Please check Facebook for updates.

Meet at the car park behind Frasers restaurant in Kings Park.

Tuesday Morning Advanced Training Session @ Kings park Perth
Oct 24 @ 6:00 am – 7:30 am

Advanced Interval Training Group from Kings Park, Frasers Carpark.

A high level of fitness is required for this session, female and male athletes are invited to attend.

Costing is $15 per session or a monthly group fee of $89/month

Junior Development Session @ Kings Park
Oct 24 @ 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Junior development on road cycling session. This session is aimed at furthering Junior road racing cycling. Held at either Kings park or Perry lakes areas. This forms part of our Junior program, please email training@bradhall.com.au for enquiries.

A women’s cycling group dedicated to interval training. This session features higher intensity interval work in and around Kings park.

Costing is $15 or $89 for a monthly membership to all group sessions.

Track Running Session @ Attadale Primary Oval
Oct 25 @ 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm

A timed track running session for our triathlete program

This session is tailored to triathletes seeking to improve aerobic endurance and critical speeds across 5km’s+

Intermediate Group Training Session @ Kings Park

This sessions serves as an introduction to racing tactic strength and ‘craft’.

The session looks at applying high end fitness training, technical handling and race tactics in real time. A great way to advance your fitness and tactical knowledge.

Triathlon Road Cycling Session @ Raffles Hotel Applecross

A triathlon and time trial specific training session

This session focuses on cornering ability, time trial technique, and sustained power output

35km Vault Friday Ride, each Friday 6am from the Shell Service Station on the corner of Wellington and Thomas Street in West Perth.

Moderate pace of 27kmph avg, with coffee at Gordon Street Garage in West Perth.

Triathlon Running Squad @ Perry lakes Oval Skatepark

This session is taken by Sarah Jamieson, of Perth Running Club, and focuses on threshold pace running and technique.
