Triathlon Swimming Session @ Claremont Pool
Feb 22 @ 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm

Our technique swim session involves technical drills and adjustments in order to improve the economy of motion in the water. The final 45 mins of the session is focused on speed work to ensure technical adjustments can be sustained across increasing speeds for each athlete
